Currently in development, this proposed modern residential tower will consist of 120 residential rental units, ground level retail space, and 55 underground parking spaces with a service entrance. It is located in the center of downtown, ½ block from the New Haven Green with many apartments enjoying impressive views. The building is scheduled for completion in Fall of 2021.
