This modern office tower is perched above the Historic New Haven Green. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer dramatic, panoramic views of the New Haven Green, Long Island Sound and the entire city. Since its acquisition, substantial improvements have been made to the building’s infrastructure, lobby, common spaces, windows, lighting, and exterior design.
