This building is an urban, retrofit, infill development that was originally constructed in the 1950’s as a Grant’s Department Store before being converted into a mixed-use building. Today, the building provides public and private parking as well as office and retail space. In 2015, most of the second floor was renovated to occupy healthcare company, Davita Dialysis with the rest of the building dedicated as a 90-vehicle parking garage in the basement and entire first floor.
